- Staff Nurse Sister Grade 2 (Male)-Class 10 High School Exam with Science and passed Intermediate Examination
- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery OR B.Sc. Degree in Nursing,
- Registration Certificate as Nurse and Midwife from the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council.
- Staff Nurse Sister Grade 2 (Female)-Class 10 High School Exam with Science and passed Intermediate Examination
- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery OR B.Sc. Degree in Nursing,
- Registration Certificate as Nurse and Midwife from the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council.
2- Age Limit-
- Minimum Age : 18 Years.
- Maximum Age : 40 Years.
